This is the first night of the 8 day festival and we will be opening the event in style!
This night is all about experiencing the community involvement as part of the festival. Such a fun filled night!

Trust Horizon Light Up Whakatāne holds immense importance as a free community event. By having accesabiliy to the festival, we aim to create an inclusive and accessible experience for all members of the community. This approach ensures that individuals from various backgrounds and economic circumstances can participate and enjoy the event without any financial barriers. The free nature of the event fosters a sense of unity, bringing together people of all ages, families, and individuals to celebrate the magic of light and art.
