Wings of light  is an illuminated interactive wing installation handcrafted from hundreds of individually layered pōhutukawa leaves. Arranged like the feathers of a great pair of wings, each leaf contributes to a form that is  natural and  otherworldly.

Softly illuminated from within, the wings transform the familiar forms of nature into something luminous and uplifting. Visitors are invited to stand between them, where the glowing leaves seem to become their own wings.
